The Tutoring Partnership for Academic Excellence strives to increase the quality and quantity of tutors and tutoring programs in Saint Paul.  Over 6,500 children are being tutored to increase proficiency in reading and math by 30 community-based and 18 school-based tutoring programs through the Tutoring Partnership for Academic Excellence.  Link to our latest map of community partners.
